This is a statewide petition. All California Counties are eligible to gather signatures.

Please note:

• Only registered voters of the State of California may sign and circulate petitions.
• Only one County can be represented on each petition form, no exceptions. Start a new petition for each County. Please contact us with any questions.
• The person collecting signatures must be registered to vote in the same county as those signing the petition. For example, if you are registered to vote in San Diego, you may only gather signatures from other San Diego County registered voters. Any signatures from outside your county will be rejected.
• Personal information cannot be typed in. The person collecting signatures must fill in the bottom portion of the petition in their own handwriting.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

• You may print or copy as many blank petitions as you wish.
• PETITIONS MUST BE PRINTED ON LETTER SIZE PAPER (8.5" x 11")
• DO NOT ALTER THE SIZE OF THE PETITION
• When printing, be sure to turn OFF any scaling options (shrink to fit, fit to page, etc.). If you need assistance with your printer's settings, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions and/or website. Note: We recommend cleaning and aligning your print cartridges before printing.
• Top margin MUST have a minimum 1 inch top margin
• Bottom margin MUST have a minimum 1/2 inch bottom margin
• You may circulate as many petitions as you wish, however, you can only sign the petition for recall once.
• Petitions are valid even with only one signature.
